I like the first one better, I am a fan of the totally white background. The second looks more grey than white. Good start though. Try over exposing until it starts affect parts of you subject and I do the rest in PP.

First one looks alright, the second one looks a bit grey.... more light! Blow that background out. If the lens becomes too blown you can get away with blowing the background with curves/dodge in PP so long as it's not too far out.

The first one is much better that the second one.
In the first one the watch has a slight shadow on the right side plus you have reflections in the gold parts of the band. Another light to the right of the watch to kill the shadow and remove the reflections in PP and it will be much better. Also you might want to try and get more light on the face over all it is to dark, the tick marks for "1" & "2" are not lit and only the very ends of the others are lit near the center of the face.
For a product shot with a watch you want everything on the face to be clearly visible. If you have to lose some light and detail on the band to get the face. If you have 4 lights available try adding on to the top, this should help with the shadow and the face lighting all at once.
