shooting abroad

I'm an American, and there are so many places outside of the country I'd like to go to shoot. Not that the United States is lacking, but I guess there's a certain something else to leaving your country and shooting.

Where's your dream locale to shoot? Or if you've already gone there, where was the place you loved to shoot the most?

Guess mine would probably be in America - not much use to you eh? The Grand Canyon and Sedona - i was there years ago before i got bitten (or should that be swallowed by the photography bug) so I dont have any good photos of it.

The UK. I have ancestry there and there are some incredible photos of the landscapes there posted on here that just makes me want to go explore.
