Adobe Creative Suite 2 (CS2) now OFFICIALLY announced

Finally, Adobe has officially announced Adobe Creative Suite 2, including ofcourse Photoshop CS2.

I just found out that the upgrade in the USA from Photoshop CS to CS2 costs $ 149, but here in the Netherlands it costs € 213 (including VAT), which is $ 277. Why is it almost twice as expensive here ?!?! :evil: Ok, there's also a special "pre-order" version, but it still costs € 201 ($ 260), which is still absurdly expensive compared to the USA price.

After reading the specs of Photoshop CS2, I'm not convinced that I need to upgrade as soon as possible. Sure, the new features of Camera Raw look nice, but not for € 201.

Over here in good old rip-off-UK the pre-order upgrade cost GBP 139 or $ 262 :evil: . So, sorry Adobe, until my neighbour's daughter gets a flight to the US after May (she's a trolley-dolly) there's no way I'm shelling out an extra $ 112 compared to colleagues in the States :cry: . I'm not a happy teddy :mad: .
