I'm attempting a 'project' - Around 40 pics of the interior of a local french style deli/gift shop/coffee shop/cafe type place.....
What do you think now I'm about a quarter done?

Amazing photographs, can you tell us a bit more about the project and what inspired you to create it? I love the style of photography, or the processing. How do you create that old-age look?

Thank You :):)
What inspired me? Boredom. That and the fact I was busy being bored in my fave coffee shop. Just looked around the place and suddenly noticed how many little things that would make half way decent pics there are in the place.
As for the 'style', such as it is. The place is dark, lit only by 2 or 3 tungsten bulbs with very little sunlight getting in due to its position inside a Victorian shopping arcade. I don't use flash, so an ISO of 400 at f4 at the very most, usually at f1.2 to 2.0.
Converted to black and white in Photoshop and given a duo tone (magenta and yellow) overlay layer or layers if needed.......... May not be quite right. I tend to PP by the suck it and see method, so it changes for each pic.
Thanks for commenting.

Haven't a clue what that means (not as young as I used to be)....... but I'll take it as a compliment anyway :p:) Thanks (I think)

Good idea Mike, but this isn't really made for web display (I don't really do any work for web, just print), more a collection of pics, both for me and the cafe owner........ may even go into a self published book if the 'collection' looks good enough.
Thanks for the comment, I may run with that idea, if I end up keeping it on the web.:)
