Okay so I have tried to heed the advice of those who helped me out last time...

I have done no post-processing. partly because i want to learn how to get the best out of the camera and lighting first, and mostly because my photoshopping skills are not up to snuff yet.

The old photos are here: http://photography-on-the.net/forum/showthread.php?t=62138

I tried to get the shodows away from her face and make sure the camera was in focus by using my minipod on top of a dresser...I should have taken a picture of the set up...The things we do...

Thanks for the feedback...I really would like to improve...

Nice lighting, nice model!

The picture as posted probably would benefit from some sharpening but I guess this would be easy enough in photoshop. I know you mentioned that there was no post-processing - and I agree it is best to get things as good as possible in the camera. The better the in-camera picture the easier it is to finish it off with some light editing.

Matt, she has lovely hair...

Looking at the histogram, I think its a little underexposed.

If your looking for ideas... Next time you get to do that sort of shot, try having her lying on her back, with her hands placed ontop of each other at the base of her neck, then have her head tilted back towards the camera with her hair spread across the bed.

Oh yeah, and I like the way you did the implied nude... feel free to post more :D
