I'm pretty sure this would fit in this forum, either that or experimental. I'll try it here and see how it goes.

It's where I live
I go fast because it's there I reach my limit,
Either I break through the ceiling
Or I float right below it
Softly touching my fingertips on the glass
Letting the oil in my skin seep into the fluid of the pane
My consciousness clicks and I feel the energy seep into this oil,
Like flames to gasoline it sparks a reaction and
Together this energy and I become one
Then we break through the glass ceiling together.
It is until I hit that point that I am always speeding around town, in case anyone has ever wondered what I'm doing; I'm meditating in this state of speed, trying to hit that apex where both the energy and I can become one and break the glass of this ceiling we're limited by.
For me, it's not just a place where I like to go, it's a part of my spirituality. To say I shouldn't progress or go forward is to deny me the right to my religion. I can't function if I'm not hitting at least 40.
