Hi,
I did a free engagement session a while back with a couple who are still in the market for a wedding photographer...
They haven't made a decision yet, but they applied to be on that show Say Yes to the Dress, and now the show wants to use one of the pictures I took, and the couple has sent me a release form from the network.
What should I do? Just sign it? Ask for some sort of credit? Ask for compensation? The immediate goal is to get this couple to book me, so I don't want to make too many waves. But, obviously it would be fantastic (and deserved, methinks) if I were to get some credit for the shot.
Also, I advertised a free engagement shoot and they took me up on it, it's not like they asked me for this favor....
Any advice would be appreciated, thanks!
