Canterbury Swan

I just love this picture (non-Photoshopped) I shot while strolling through a park in Canterbury, England. I particularly like not only the swan itself, but the feet belonging to the curious onlookers opposite from me. It's almost like a riddle of some sort (haven't figured out what - any tips?). I like the photo, but it's too busy. I'd crop out the side with the duck and pram, and the excess water in the foreground.
