Looking for somebody to rework my logo concept, if I like it I will buy it from you. And by buy I don't mean $20 and a cold 6 pack... I will pay a good amount.

Something for you to think about. If you have a budget, why don't you hire a professional designer to produce something that will represent you properly?

Reputable designers, just like reputable photographers, do not do spec work. Your post is the same as saying, "Shoot my wedding, and if I like the photos I'll buy them". Would you or anybody else take an offer like that?

Never really thought about how I worded it, but yeah that doesn't sound appealing. My request was like a hip-shot kinda thing, didn't think about it really. Anyway like you suggested I'm going with a graphic design agency...
