There are currently several posters near the top of this thread. I am curious what you all charge for them. Where I am from, I would have a hard time getting more than $50 for them, and it seems like a lot of work for little profit. I do 20x30 posters of single images with simple graphics for $35.

Good question RG - I do charge $50 for mine. I'm able to get them printed for $5 so I just tell myself my time is free! Since this is a picture posting thread I'm attaching another collage I recently did. This was a gift for each senior at senior night. There were 4 seniors and each poster was customized for that senior. I left extra white margin for the team to sign them.

Agreed, it can be a lot of work, depending on the number of cutouts that are done, but I'm finding as I do more and more, my efficiencies get better. I love doing this so it truly is a hobby that pays.

They start at $50 for 12"x18" and go up from there.

So you get $50 for each senior gift? If there are six seniors, they would pay you $300?? Around here the senior gift budget is usually around $100. No way could I get more than that.

I'm contacted by parents that want posters for their kid, if it were for a senior gift at the end of the season, than pricing may be adjusted accordingly as would the design of the poster.

In my area, I charge $28 for a 12x18 and $36 for a 20 x30. Most parents cannot affrord to pay much more. All mine are template based and easy to change without much work.
