View Full Version : ZoomBrowser EX printing problems

I've been using the ZoomBrowser EX software without any problems for a while without any problems. However, recently when I attempt to print, I receive the following error message:
Your print job failed for the following reason:

140: In CSC file prcsc: Syntax error at line 11.

I've updated the drivers to my HP 960c printer and applied the "ZoomBrowser EX 3.2.1 Update" without any luck.

Any suggestions are welcome.

Search your main hard drive (ie. c:/) for opapi11.dll. Then copy this file from the Windows/System folder. Then paste it into the Program folder of PhotoRecord and then paste it into the Program folder of ZoomBrowser EX. I just had that same error pop up recently after getting a Windows update. A really cool tech at Canon gave me this fix.
