Hi i own two digital camera's.
But i,ve just brought a Nikon F90x film camera on ebay for a very small price.
The reason i brought it was it looked like a proper camera and would get me thinking more about the process of photography again.
Are there still people out there shooting film and are the results better than printing from digital particularly for poster size.

Are their film camera out there that can use the latest lens stabilization?

Thanks.
Chris:)

There's quite a lot of film users here on POTN. I have dabbled a bit but mainly stick to digital.

If you do a search you should be able to uncover a few film related threads.

You should have bought a canon EOS film body that way you can share lenses between digital and film, that is what I do.

So, I don't think he's missing out on much, and the far longer backwards compatibility of Nikon lenses should mean that he's got a sizeable market that includes anything from cheap '60s manual focus primes to the newest and fanciest Nikon offers (although I do think there are a few specifically for crop cameras, given last year's releases of incredible full-frame DSLRs, I think Nikon is pretty committed to the format for a good while).
