Please help me to choose the right camera and lens plates to make the perfect match with the Arca-Swiss monoball Z1 flip lock quick release type. My camera is Canon 5D MkII, and the biggest lens is 70-200mm f2.8L IS. Thank you very much.

Have you looked at the Really Right Stuff plates?

Or Kirk, or Markins. But RRS are the best.

Thank you all. RRS is a big name I know. but some people say that RRS and wimberley plates doesn't suit the Z1 QR flip-lock (just right for the classic knob).

That same problem is true when trying to use a Markins PL-55 plate in an RRS B2 LR 11 as I can testify. Only Arca Swiss will offer any sort of guarantee that the parts are compatible.
However, my Markins plate problem was very simple to resolve and involved sticking a layer of sailcloth to the underside of the plate, no big deal.

You may want to consider Wimberley plates also...
