Alright everyone you have all been so wonderful to me and I have felt I have built up a good enough portfolio to be able to create a professional site hoping to boost business. So what I am asking you is before the launch of the site on Monday will you please critique my site so that when I do put it out for official I know it will be top notch.
Please give me any criticism to improving my site thanks so much.
Cheers,
Alex
p.s. I do realize that this might not be the right section to place this in but I first tried to place it in presentation but I guess no one gives a whoot about that section so please don't tell me info I already know about it being in the wrong section

Hi Alex
My only thing that I have problem with is your name if you can make it a little bigger as I can not make it out
But other than that Fantastic and something to be proud of

The information pages - the scrolling option didn't really work for me. Maybe because the photos keep loading, it's slowing down my option to click on the little arrow to scroll. I would either just have one static image for those info pages, or let the viewer use the scroll bar as well, instead of just the arrow buttons. Also - you have no prices listed? Most clients want to see a price ASAP.
I love the calender feature!! Is there a way for you to explain how you did this? I would love to use something like this on the site I am building. I am also working in Flash CS4.

Overall I like the layout most of my critiques are really more preference then anything. I am not a big fan of music constantly playing and too much animation also I really don't like sites that require popup blocking off you could almost do without the homepage or build it into the flash so you do not need to open a new window. Like I said I really like the layout and the images are topnotch one other thing to consider might be to make a secondary mobile site that is non flash based and just use a browser detect to route traffic I only say this as the first time I tried to view was from a mobile device and got nowhere just some food for thought.

Hi Alex, the text scrolling in the information sections work well for me here, so I think it should stay as is accept for the literature, you might want to get someone with good english skills to rewrite it for you, especially the wedding info. Prices i would also leave off your site, although it is good to have a prices link that expains a little on it, I don't think it is a great idea to have them on your site, it is a good idea to give hints and details of what to do to get the prices from you. The way I see it is you want them to contact you, which you can then follow up on with your pricing structure etc.
the callendar is great, Although I was looking for how to book a day on that page, so a little explaination would be good of how to.
your logo could be bigger if you can.
I'm not that fond of the first image in the wedding section, you need that first image to have absolute WOW factor.
I didn't see anything else.... it's a nice site :)

I think it looks great but yes I think your 1st shot in weddings shouldn't be a detail shot. Maybe Change it to the last one on the first page(B&G kissing, in the doorway).

Great site and photos, you have a lot of talent. IMO though there were too many pictures of plates, glasses in the wedding gallery and not enough of people (bride, groom, etc.) shots. Just a thought...
