It was my first time to shoot at a drag strip and I hadn't researched tips to getting better shots at a strip so I kind of winged it.

Any pointers would be fantastic

Is this at Ozark International Raceway in southwest MO? Talk with the two photographers trackside they are very nice. (well they are usually there) I used to shoot along the wall there quite a bit.

Yeah this is at OIR, I didn't see any other photographers there it was only Test-N-Tune.

This was 6+ months ago but there used to be 2 photographers that were there quite a bit, even test-n-tune. 1 of the photographers has her photo site on the OIR wepage.

Hmm I'll check that out. . .

But yeah I can't wait to get some practice out there cause my car is to slow to run haha
