I purchased an S40 in july . love the camera great little performer.
However the battery which came with the camera seems to have failed already
When placed in the charger the light is read for about 15 seconds and then turns green. When put back in the camera the battery only lasts for about 10 shots.
The battery has been charged only when the camera says it needs to be changed approx once per week since july.
Has anyone else experienced similar problems?
I have an El Cheapo replacement which has been used when the original is being charged. This has been charged the same number of times as the original but still maintains it's capacity
