Contract for a Model shoot

I'm doing a shoot for a guy who wants sexy model photos. He is a little apprehensive about the photos. He doesn't want them to be "plaster all over the internet" I gave him my word that I would never so such a thing but I would like to put in on paper for him.


Does anyone have a contract I could use a go by?
