this is my first wedding with the 5d MkII. All of these were taken with 580EXII flashed and 24 - 70 2.8 lens.
since i have only 1 battery i was worried.. but after the day was over, i still had about 50% battery life left.
The Wall is referring to my Wall Photoshop..
i have been wanting to do something different and new (i think i like this better than my frame photoshop idea.) easier to do and looks better.. let me know what you think !!
here is the thread for the frame idea.. http://photography-on-the.net/forum/showthread.php?t=578834&highlight=phamster

Wonderful series. The idea in the first is really good and well executed. And the reds in those last shot is awesome. Very nice.

maybe it'll look better if you crop out that tree in #6

Great shots! I LOVE the "wall" idea and you did an excellent job with it, I am so impressed! My only suggestion is see what it looks like with the part of the "other wall" cropped out, or if it takes to much away from the rest of the image, clone the gray wall over it.
They are all really nice shots and I think your B&W conversions are excellent!
Great job and thanks for sharing!:D

1.Love the wall idea! Maybe if they were posed "painting" it, it might have looked more natural and less staged.
2. Like the message of the picture.
7. Not sure if I like that pole on the left.
8. There appears to be "grids" in the groom's pants and bridemaids' dresses. Unless that was an effect you create...kind of distracting.
Other than that, they look great. Love the usage of the bright red wall to contrast her dress. Good work.

i will assure you the grid was not on purpose.. he he...
my source photo doesn't have grids.. so i tried to resize it again to 900 pix and the same thing happened. i will have to look into it..
thanks and good eye..

kathy,
i am glad the idea worked and i was able to photoshop it to make it look like a painting.. i was worried i couldn't do it , when i was telling you about this idea, but now after it is done, all is well..
also i think it looks better with the red door cropped out. thanks
