Um....is it physically possible to take a group shot plus 4 headshots in no more than 30 minutes?
That's what the corporation wants, but I'm like....uh, yeah.....riiiight.
I have no good lighting, don't know how to really pose people, and feel awkward posing a group of business people when I'm a 20 yr. old girl.
Rawr. Please offer words of support :p

If you know what you're doing, 4 in 30 minutes should be fine. It only takes around 1/60th of a second to take a photo ;) The trick will be to get people to pose in a way you like, so practice on a few people before you go.

first thing you need to keep in mind: You are the photographer, and they are the subjects. In other words, during that photoshoot you're the boss, feel free to move them around as you wish, no matter how old they are.
30 minutes is plenty. Take your time, and take more shots. You are bound to have some keepers ;)
good luck with the shoot

Is that "more than 30 minutes" of their time? Can you get in to set up early & take some test shots of someone else?
cmM is right. The President will move around for a photographer! Be one. ;-)

Calm assertive confidence covers up even the most blatant lack of experience. Be nice be polite, but above all else, be confident in the way you speak and act... and you will do fine. Just make sure you have some idea how you want people arranged before you get there, then if its not working out quite right... just direct them to move.
