Hi all.

I'm going to be shooting a henna/mehndi party at the brides' parents house on Thursday. They're having it in their basement.

Two questions...

1. Has anyone shot one of these parties, and have pics that I could see?

2. Is my Tammy 28-75 going to be wide enough for most of my shots?

I've done some searches on the POTN, but couldn't find much. Any help is greatly appreciated, and if anyone has suggestions for some shots, that would also be helpful. Thanks in advance for any help.

1. Here is a slideshow of a recent one: http://www.nightanddayphoto.ca/slides/08/AmalAleemW/

2. What camera do you have? 28-75 is a bit tight for a 1.6 crop cam, but probably wide enough for a full frame cam. I use my 60mm macro a lot to get the intricate details of the henna. You'll likely be fine since you carry all three formats.

Thanks for the link. Beautiful work!

I'll be using the 5D, and will bring the 50mm for tighter shots.
