Now, let's see what happens in 15 seconds. :)
Thought the result is not that good, the try is interesting.

It's less clear that the 4 seconds, perhaps because the second hand was on the 'opposite' side to the viewer. Still quite interesting though, well done.

No, that's not the reason. The reason why the second-hand is not that clear is because the hand
it self generate less light on the image sensor than in the case of 4 seconds. It just like dividing
the total lights from the hand into 15 parts and distribute each part at a position. In 4 seconds
case, each position will take a quarter of the total light, so it will be more clear.

wait, is the exposure on for 15 sec, or did you use time lapse?

Exposure time is 15 seconds. Can you explain what's "time lapse"?

Now I see what does "time lapse" mean, take a series of pictures at a given interval time.
But Canon S60 can not set to take a picture each second, the minimum interval is 1 minute.
On continuous shoot model, it's 1.5fps or 2.0fps, and can only take maximum 8 pics.
So these two models can not meet the requirement, I can only use 15 seconds exposure.

I didn't mean that, I understand what you've said. What I meant was it's less obvious to the viewer, it didn't strike me at first that that's what had been done.

That is what can be done by camera. Photoshop can do more.
