So was getting ready to break down my lighting setup when my little friend wondered in.
Would love some critiques or comments from you fine folks.

I am aware this one is a little blown out. But I liked it anyway.

Thank you all for the kind words!!

Have some new softboxes coming today! These were done with a shoot through umbrella.

Great expressions! I especially like the last one.

My only question is one I'm still struggling to understand myself. The color in #1 is different than #2... the skintones are a lot more vivid in #1. Is there some PP you did to make it that way? And because I'm trying to learn, is the difference between the two of them a matter of saturation?

Great pix though! Makes me want a shoot thru. :)

Actually, the first one was a processed JPG. Just contract and USM. The second was a processed RAW, with recovery tweeked up to lessen the blown out sweater.

Great expressions! I especially like the last one.
