[Eddiston]

My first attempt at motocross taken two weeks ago. Panning at 1/30sec gives a lot of blur - maybe too much blur of the rider - but gives great sense of speed and thrill.

The selective color isn't really doing anything for the photo in the first shot. And the rest don't have a sharp point of focus to draw our attention. They also suffer compositionally. It's good that you're trying to be creative, though. Keep trying.

Hey Eddison, you finally made it here!! Hope you didn't get too muddy?

A faster shutter speed would improve these hugely I feel.

I like the first one. Its something new I guess. The others look decent. The panning worked out nice but I do agree that a higher shutter speed would help.

Thank you everyone for your advice. I will pan at a faster speed at the next meet in April.
