Hello i shot a hockey game for a local high school. Now i am receiving orders for the photos 8x10 and 16 x20.Should i order these prints in luster or Glossy.I know with the luster prints you are losing a littel color but for a sporting event should all of these be in glossy? Can i please have some of your Opinions. Thanks

luster, to me glossy looks cheap.

luster! It may edge out the color just a tad, but overall I think it looks so much better than glososy- no one else will notice except you.

This was posted in the "Business of photography" so not sure if I will be giving hints to experts :-). Please ignore if this is elementary stuff.
Lustre seems to require (Atleast on Costco's Noritsu machines) a decent bump in brightness and contrast to make the prints resemble the on-screen output. This with a calibrated monitor and images converted to the printer's profile. You might want to experiment with one or two shots before ordering them all. It made a huge difference in my case (Personal family shots).

I would give them a choice rather than risk an unhappy customer which can cost you either having to reprint an order at your expense or losing a potential repeat customer.
