Missing Menu Headings

I have the EOS 300D (Digital Rebel) with the Wasia Hack. On checking the menu headings I find that on first switching on the headings are:-

Quality Large
Red Eye On/Off
Beep

The following should also show - according to the manual - but are missing:-

AEB
WB-BKT
Custom WB
Parameters

I'll be grateful if anyone can let me know why this is please.

Denis, the full menu only shows when the dial is set in one of the creative modes.

Try switching the shooting mode to Manual, AV, Tv, etc.
With my 10D, depending on the shooting mode I select, I get different options when I go to the menu area.
