Canon Tripod Mount thread size?

I'm at work and my camera is at home so I can't check myself. I need to order two more quick release plates for my manfrotto/bogen pistol grip head, and B&H has two thread sizes listed. Anyone remember which the Canon uses, and is it the same for the 10D and EOS3?

Virtually all 35 mm (and smaller) cameras, including everything Canon makes, use 1/4-20 tripod screws. The alternative 3/8-16 is used principally by larger format cameras, which are heavier and so need the bigger screw.

Thanks! 3/8-16 seemed a litle big, but I didn't want to order the wrong ones
