Annual POTN Vancouver meet! April 26th 2009

Location: Morning meet at Lougheed IHOP (west side) at 8AM until 10am. 2 hours? We chat a lot! Then off (by foot) to the Cameron Recreation Center across the street. Why? Swap meet!

Then we'll hop on the Skytrain and select a destination. Since most of us are street shooters, be prepared for a trip DT. We'll do lunch as well. It's a day event if you want or you can jet anytime. You will meet someone new, you will learn something new.

Bring some cash for the swap meet. Bring a camera. Bring you and a shooter you know. I'm going to get my whole photo club to come out if possible.

I'm using [ img ] tags to link directly to my website. That way I use MY bandwidth instead of the site's and can post images of varying quality plus I can track who is viewing them.

I just like having my images hosted on my server.

A lot of people knew we were photographing them. You can see them looking into the camera.

To post up to 8 images you put them on a site like flickr or photobucket (or any other image hosting site) and link them into your message using the little icon at the top of the edit window that looks like an envelope.

Naw, put it all back together rather quick. Getting pretty good at taking lenses apart...

Should be about $100 to fix it. Like last time. Sticky focus ring. Second time it's been serviced, now this one is MY fault.

My wife and I toured a lot of the gardens last year and had a great time
as well as shot hundreds of photo's....some of these peoples gardens
are simply amazing.
