Here is a recent one of my 11 year old son. He doesn't like having his picture done and even though I think he looks great...he would rather squish up his lips then to give me a smile!

Good looking kid and I'll bet he has a GREAT smile when you can see it! Nice soft, natural light in this photo - coming from the side even makes it more appealing in the photo.

The exposure is great here. Not sure if you tried for tack-sharp eyes - but the result is very pleasing. He and you should be pleased with the result.

He's a boy mom... boys don't smile in photos... and it's a prerequisite to not want them taken at all...lol Nice shot of an attractive young man. Thanks for sharing
