Can someone explain the Mod list to me, please

I've looked and looked and looked at the list of moderators, currently numbering 24, at the bottom of each section of the forum.

No matter which pair of glasses I put on, no matter how many times I read the list, for some reason which escapes me, I just don't see my name pop up there.

For the life of me, I just can't understand it.
