Strange guy though sleeping in the window sill and he took his shoes off. I saw a bunch of opportunities like that today but passed them up because I don't really take pictures of strangers. In fact these are my first (http://photography-on-the.net/forum/showthread.php?t=66410).

Great photos. I've been looking at moving to Vancouver. I'm glad to see homeless people are polite enough to take off their shoes while sleeping. ;)
