Hey everyone.
This afternoon I went down to Omaha to pick me up a UV Filter for my Canon EF 70-200MM L Lens. Then I decided to go get a few train shots. Traffic was horrible. There was a UP coal load waiting on track two but I couldn't get it because it was in a remote area. So I took a run down to 60th street at the Omaha bedding co.
Here the UP 5029 east waists no time coming up the hill on rough pass.

Then I gave up because I had to make a run to Wal-Mart to pick up a few things. I got back into Blair to hear my Scanner telling me that a westbound had just went by Milepost CPB 337.0 UP 6858 west heads west towards the golden sun lit sky's.

You dont have it set up to take PM's I'll ask here. Are you from Blair? If so I think you would be able to get some nice shots of trains wwest of town.

I have been trying to go to my local train yard but everytime I go there is no trains there. Good shots
