I am looking for a Canon 40D. I'm not too sure these WTB ads are looked at much, but I'll take a chance.

What is important to me:
Must operate perfectly. No operational flaws. Nothing broken or non functional.
Must have battery and charger
Must have camera to computer cable

What is not so important:
Shutter count. Although I would like an estimate.
Dings, cosmetic issues, wear marks. As long as it doesn't affect functioning.
Software, CF card, or other extras.
Price. I can get a refurbished model with a 90 day guarantee for $700 shipped free so I am looking to spend less.
Repair history. I don't care as long as the issues are fixed. If there is still a warranty on the repair I do want the paperwork.
Warranty. I don't care if there is still warranty in place.
Original box, paperwork, packing are not at all important.
