We all shoot 'that' Tree shot.
So i gave it a whirl. What do you think. Can i make this better? Which do you prefer?
Many thanks for your advice.

What a good job you've done there mate. I think the first one is my choice - maybe the sky is a little bright - but I tell you I'd hang a copy on my office wall.

I prefer the last one because it feels more dramatic, but they are all wonderful.

I was thinking it would be better if you cropped out the furrow in the foreground of the first one, then I scrolled down... Doh!
I really like the second set , the color one better than the B&W for some reason.

I like them all. I think I may like the first one the best because it shows how secluded the tree really is. Perhaps try going back during a sunset/sunrise or when there is no overcast.

I like the first one the best... In its coloured version. Very nice work!

Fantastic! Don't you just love these kinds of shots. Well I do. If only the sky was clear(ish) then you could get the (in)famous blue/green landscape shot. :D
I like the first one better because the expanse kinda draws you into the tree and makes you "feel" something for it. All alone in the field, and all that. ;)
Great job! I want some pictures like these!

one and two for sure, you could have even pulled back a little more. both are excellent, well done...didi u use a polerizer? That might have made ur sky bluer

looks like the microsoft XP bliss wallpaper...well minus the tree of course....very nice. #1 would be a great wallpaper for the comp but I think #4 would look great printed out and on a wall.

I prefer the non-cropped versions.
Please don't ask me to pick between the color or the B&W. Both are excellent...

I like Color all the way! God used color and so should we, at least when it comes to landscape. Very nice "that tree shot"!

Oh yeah and the first picture looks great as a desktop background. I can't wait until around here looks like that, green.

I like the color photos best. I prefer the sky in #1 and the foreground crop in #3. What can I say?
