iPhoto woes!

Can someone please tell me how to stop iPhoto springing into life whenever I plug my card reader into my laptop? It's really getting on my nerves!

You need to launch the application Image Capture and set the "preferences" to
a) open no application when "camera" is attached (it, by default, launches iPhoto), or
b) open the application that you desire when camera (or media reader) is attached--such as PSE3 or PSCS, etc.

One cool thing that you can do with Image Capture is to have it *automatically" create a web page of all of the photos from your media! (Of course, these will be unedited, and not tweeked.) But from some this could be a useful feature. Just plug in your media and you get a webpage!
