Great captures. All pretty much at peak action. #7 especially. Really nice WB, too.

Make sure your images have context and make sure you have clean backgrounds/composition.

#7 is the best of the set posted.

Looking at all your pictures, I don't see anything that is wrong. Each seems perfect to me. I am interested to know what lens you used. Everthing looks great (color, WB, clearity, backgrounds). The are ready for any SI issue.

I agree with Cargo... They all look perfect, but I really like the emotion in the girl in picture 7

^^^+1. You'll have to present her with that one for print.
Nice images.

Thanks again :)

I am interested to know what lens you used.

Lenses mostly used were the Canon 300mm IS f/2.8, 70-200 IS f/2.8 & 135mm f/2.

You'll have to present her with that one for print.
Nice images.

I got lucky with #7 in the fact I got the right hole at the end of the track. She was the favourite and an Olympic hopeful for London 2012. The image made the local paper and her father contacted me for a print.

I think #1 belongs in a Nike commercial. Great set of images.

300mm 2.8 and 135mm 2.0...? No wonder these photos are so great!

I think the backgrounds are blurred out nicely. There's always going to be people walking around at trackmeets. There's not many people in the background of these images compared to some trackmeet images I have seen.
