Good ettl flash for 20d

Hi getting a 20D in the next couple of days after reading how fantastic it is and how it will outperform my s2 pro. What ettl flash should i accompany this camera keeping within a £100 ($160) budget?

Check out the Sigma Super 500 its in the same price range as you are looking for. I have it for my 20D and its great.
