Topical Post - Windsor Castle

Very topical. To test security before Saturday's royal wedding, tabloid journalists today drove a white van into the grounds of Windsor Castle with a brown parcel in the back labelled 'bomb'. The queen was in her apartment and this has caused uproar amongst the media.

And near the castle is one of my favourite buildings, the 'Crooked Tea Rooms'. It leans more than the Tower of Pisa. No I wasn't drunk when I took this picture, look at the adjacent buildings, they are straight.

Nice shots. I love castles, we've got a ton of them around Stockholm Sweden, most which I've never even visited but gosh are they pretty. Windsor Castle looks real beautiful. And the tea house is so neat!

Gnasher, you have got to let me know in advance when you intend to go out with your camera, you always seem to hit blue skys. Nice pics.

Did you use the heal brush on the last one in the grass? Perhaps the clone tool would have worked better.. seems a little blurry.

RAitch, well spotted, I was hoping no one would notice that. I was trying to hide a drain cover that spoilt the shot.
