At last after some batch processing issues on Capture 1, self inflicted as usual, here are a few of my shots from Harwood SS5. Having parted company with Geoff & his sherpa Peter, who had decided to mount an attempt on the north face of Simonside Crag, we set up camp on a nice s-bend. Conditions were good albeit very dusty. Unfortunately spectator access was limited and unlike last year there was only one run thru Harwood. Shot were taken on 1dMK2 with 120-300mm. Hope you enjoy C&C welcome.

Glad you sorted your problem out. Some nice sharp images in your collection, I especially like the motion in the photo of Shaun Sinclair and Chris Hamill's Mitsubishi (car 32)

Thanks Peter. It was nice to see Birds WRC Focus as it didn't even make it to us in SS2 at the Malcolm Wilson.

Cheers Pons. I was very pleased when I'd converted these. If I can maintain that quality even better!;)

Thanks. Must've got trigger happy on the batch process button, I only had to convert 400 images and ended up with 6000 in the Q to be processed - DOH!

Thanks for the comments. We walked about a mile into the stage and were fortunate that only a few hardy soles did also, probably as they only came through once. The effort was worth it.

Thanks all for taking the time comment.

A lovely set of shots there. One day this 1DMK2 & 120-300 set-up will be popular with Rally shooters ;)

I clicked on the link to your site and you appear to have cracked the batch processing problem with all of those photos.

Thanks for taking the time to comment Pete. The 6R4 was my favourite - just can't help but to like the car itself especially as I started out in an MG Metro.:D
