580 EX II - bounce card issue

i have a 580 ex ii - bounce card that somehow slipped into the housing.... its impossible to get out...would anyone know how much this would cost to be repaired?

Try using a pair of tweezers. I would contact Canon repair service and inform them of the problem.

Are you sure you're pushing the wide panel all the way in before pulling it out?

actually the wide panel fell in...what do you think itd cost to fix this?
