I just bought a used Powershot A5 Zoom, which worked fine for about a week. Now, when I turn the camera on, I get E17 in the small screen, the camera doesn't respond, and the lens cover won't close. Yet, I can look at previous photos in the larger screen with no problem.
Thinking I had a battery problem, I used the AC adapter but still same E17.
Being x-mas, the Canon Help people are not working.
any suggestions?
