what forms do i use now?

Hi! I just shot a belly dancing concert a few days ago, and the girls..(and a gay guy) are wanting a cd of all the pictures for them to use for promo and advertising etc. for other upcoming shows. We've made price deals and all that, and I told them I need all the dancers to sign a model release form, but I'm wondering what other forms (if any) should I look into having them sign. Ones pertaining to the deal we've set, or copyrights, etc. anything. this is basically my first official gig and i'm kinda lost after the model releases... help!?!?

There is also a book by Tad Crawford, titled "BUSINESS AND LEGAL FORMS for PHOTOGRAPHERS". It comes with a CD- ROM, containing Adobe .pdf, Microsoft .doc, and Corell .wpd form files. These files can be opened and customized with the correct software. This will add to the professional appearance and allow you to adapt the form to your needs.
