This is the one of the old mills in Port Hope, ON, I believe it was completely re-done by the heritage society and is now called Heritage Mill.

I like old mills, and you've captured the character of this one. Is it a tad over-exposed? Try a little darker and see how it goes. Also, the framing doesn't add value, IMO.

Thanks for the comment! This one was 3 exposures merged to HDR then brightened up a bit.

Here is the original, maybe I should have just left it, and not bothered with HDR? I find myself really thinking I need to tweak the pictures in PS, maybe I should get away from that sometimes.

I relly like the HDR, but I also like the original because it shows a bit of the terrain around the mill.

I think the HDR version is good, but I'd loose the border.

I know what you mean about HDR. Some do it really well, but mine always look wrong somehow. I like your original, with maybe a touch of easing the shadows.

Thanks alot guys! Your C&C is greatly appreciated! Now as for the border, do you think it is the style I chose that takes away from the photo, or just having a border in general. I actually like it, but I have weird taste sometimes.
