Help with Centering and moving photo size drop menu

I have just installed EE 1.3 and have been playing around with the engine. It really is an amazing piece of software Pekka, thank you!

I have a couple of questions that I hope may be easy to change:

1: I have removed the Photographer name from showing up underneath a photo so what's showing up is just category and exhibition. How do prevent category and exhibition from showing up as well? Is this easy to do? If these two things cannot be deleted, how can I center them because right now it's not centered. Also I've noticed that if there's a long photo description spanning several lines, the whole thing (category and exhibition) shifts to the left. Also, if I resize the picture (without a description), the whole thing shifts to yet another spot that's not centered. Could you help me locate where I should be putting the code?

2: How easy is it to move the resize drop menu to where it is right now to another part of the screen, say, underneath the "Exhibition Browser" text on the upper right hand part of the screen?

The code should be and should be inserted outside furthermost php tags around the section where the details are defined. Note that centering details can put them outside screen with e.g. panorama photos - this is why I prefer left side position.

As my developement source code keeps changing I cannot give fixed line numbers. The code is the whole form "FORM_submit_size_change" and some code around it.
