Shot this on the USS Intrepid in NYC when I was there recently. It's a pretty basic HDR, which sorta worked out OK. As I shot it handheld, the frames didn't like matching up, but it seems ok at 800px.

Sorry mate but I don't see a HDR shot here, way too bland.

Hmmm... I know what you mean. I tried to desaturate it a bit to give it a cooler feel. In hindsight, perhaps I should've either gone higher saturation or B&W.

way too bland. I usually don't like hdr for that same reason. They usually end up low contrast, with processing halos. If that shot had a high contrast sunset, then maybe it would work, but you took a gray image & made it even more uninteresting IMO.
