I see two major issues with this "contest".

1 - It requires photos to be issued under the Creative Commons license - once you have put work out under CC it cannot be revoked and can cause issues for photographers if they wish to license their images in the future. (EG granting an exclusive license or with stock sales)

2 - By entering this "contest" you are granting the organisers an unlimited license.

By entering the contests, photographers are agreeing that their photos be displayed and licensed for use under the terms and conditions of the Creative Commons 3.0 license, and grant AgrowKnowledge permission to use the photo(s) in future newsletters, brochures, advertisements, on the AgrowKnowledge website, or in any other media. Upon submitting your photo(s) to AgrowKnowledge, your photo(s) will be available for public viewing and critique. AgrowKnowledge is building a resource of photos to provide free of charge for use by faculty, staff, students and others registered AgrowKnowledge users to share what the face of agriculture is becoming.

Thanks for pointing out those very important details blackshadow.

(Seems like most people don't know the bike ever existed, so I never thought anybody else would use that name, I guess I was wrong! That's my xBox live login but with 2 V's to make a W.)

I'm sure anyone who has ever read Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas is aware of the Vincent Black Shadow.
