ixus 500 - storage media??

Hello everyone,

i have an ixus 500 and want to get a bigger storage card, what i would like to know is would it be possible to use a type 2 compact flash card instead of the normal type 1 the camera came with???

No, that camera only accepts type I CF cards. They are available in sizes up to 8 GB (maybe larger).
