People who have been around a while (like maybe if you have 10000 posts) will get nothing new from this, so you may not want to look. My pleasure. I found the link on this forum and thought it should have its own thread for us new people. The old timers already know all of this.

I found that black foam thing useful. I use it a lot. Also his basic steps for doing fill flash is easy to follow.
