Hi, I would like to know if Photoshop CS is compatible with Windows XP Home
Edition.
I read on the Adobe site that Windows XP service Pack1 or 2 is needed, but I
do not know if that include the Home Edition and if I have to install service Pack 1or2.
Thanks for your help.

I think it should work ok. I've been running it on winXP pro without the SP2 ever since I got it (still havent installed SP2)

I run PSCS just fine on XP Home with the service packs installed. You should have no problems.

I know CS works on Pro with just SP1... and I've got CS on Home edition with SP2.
It should work fine... if not, you should install the service packs anyway!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You should install the service packs anyway! If you don't you're inviting problems! Just go to microsoft site and download them.

Seems to work fine for me, and my computer is an oversized Xbox, err ah I mean a Compaq Per.

Yeah, I'm using CS2 now so I get the Rebel XT RAW and DNG support. YAY!!
