Hey guys, wanted to ask your opinions about this.

I'm actually looking a bag that meets the following criteria:

Can fit pro camera + 70-200 2.8IS hood-in-place or 300 f/4IS / 400mm f/5.6L (or pushed back, as is the case for the 300/400 lenses)
Can fit 13" macbook aluminum with sleeve (lowepro's or any other brand)
Can allow A4 papers and softcover books in place of laptop in the laptop compartment
Has rollers to save my back. I shoot in developed places, and almost always have access to roads So for the last 3 months, I've been bringing my gear around (incl 70-200) in a lowepro primus aw. I like the bag, but I kind of feel a bit limited with the space for camera gear. I understand that it's because of the big every-day-items space at the top, which I sometimes use for everyday stuff, and sometimes use for camera gear (lenses in pouches etc)

Now I'm going to get a Macbook 13" aluminum soon. I'd need a bag to transport my photo gear and laptop, and was eying the Lowepro Rolling Computrekker AW (not plus) because of the price, and because of the rolling feature (I'm a kid; 70-200 + laptop = not good for growing bones ;))

Few questions to anyone who has experience with it:

Can it fit the macbook? Lowepro said it only can fit 12" with laptop sleeves.
Can the notebook compartment store a4 sized documents? It'd be great for school if it can.
How would you compare it to the Primus AW?
I could sell the Primus, and get myself the Rolling Computrekker for no additional cost.

Cheers,
Zexun

Try a lowepro naturetrekker AW - all you'll ever need

Thanks for the suggestion, but it's almost twice the price of the rolling computrekker, doesn't have rollers, and I wouldn't need that much space.

I'd like to hear about alternatives to Lowepro's rolling series. How about Thinktank?

EDIT: Also, do not want a pelican case for portability sake. It needs to have shoulder straps (ie, backpack / rolling bag in one)

EDIT2: Should also allow the use of a Lowepro sliplock pouch attachment if at all possible.

I am in a similar situation. I am looking at the Vertex 200 or 300. I like the strap system it has, and it's smaller than the Trekker series.

Kata R-103. Had one, great bag, I outgrew it. You can get a wheeled tote for them as well. VERY durable bag!

Hmm, strap system?

Sorry, the harness system, shoulder and waist straps.
