Need some help

I have a resturant owner that wants me to design a poster type deal so he can hang them up around the area so people can see what the resturant looks like, some foods, etc.

He wants on it on a 11 x 17 poster. I've never done anything like this in PS but I'm guessing it can be done. I'm not sure how many pictures he wants on it, I still have to take them. But I would like to get started so I can show hima rough draft.

lol, basically as a graphics designer. The photography part I have covered :)

How would one go about doing this? I guess I didn't state that in the first topic

swatcop while I have never done anything like this my guess would be that in PS you create a blank canvas (file >new>click) and size to 11 x 14, add the images you want displayed.

I would create a background color first on the new canvas. The images will have to be resized to fit the canvas and inserted. Use the drag tool to place them as needed. Then text would be added. Flatten layers, save as and print.
